We went for a bourbon drinker's rye on this one. The nose brings orange zest, anise, and rye spice with big honey notes, vanilla and a slight pineapple. The palate is white pepper up front, baking spices, sweet grapefruit, rye spices and slight plum. The finish is long with lingering spice, oak, honey and more citrus notes. Absolutely delicious and palate filling!
