Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, we will rectify the situation immediately.

Return Process

    Report Issue

    Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.

    Verification

    Our team will review your claim and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if applicable.

    Secure Repackaging

    Place the unopened or damaged item back in its original shipping box with all protective inserts.

  • 4.
    Refund or Replacement

    Once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement bottle.
